Lightweight 4mm foam board sign ideal for indoor display. The rigid foam core provides a smooth, stable surface for vibrant full-color CMYK printing on one or both sides.
Custom cut to your chosen size with optional grommets for easy mounting. Submit a print-ready PDF file with 300 DPI resolution and 1/16 inch bleeds for best results.
Please Note: Though very rare, we may print your signs at 99.4% of the original size to ensure that we are able to include cut marks for proper finishing and trimming. We may also remove bleed.
Ensure the file matches the product's required dimensions. Ensure that the artwork is created in CMYK 300 dpi with 1/16 inch bleeds on all sides.
Make sure that all images are embedded, and that all the text is outlined.
Export all files into PDF format with bleeds.

Can I print on both sides of the foam board?
Yes, you can choose 1-sided (4/0) or 2-sided (4/4) printing. There is also a 2-sided option with the same image on both sides.
What sizes are available?
Sizes range from 6x24 inches up to 48x48 inches, with many options in between including 12x12, 18x24, 24x36, and 36x48 inches.
Are grommets available for mounting?
Yes, grommets are optional. You can choose no grommets, top 2 corners, all 4 corners, every 2-3 feet on top and bottom, every 2-3 feet on sides, or every 2-3 feet all around.
Is this foam board suitable for outdoor use?
Foam board is ideal for indoor use. It is a lightweight sign material not designed for extended outdoor exposure.
